SKILLED NURSING SERVICES
The Nursing Home is a Medicare/Medicaid Skilled Nursing Facility, which also has
a V/A contract. The home provides nursing services, meals, housekeeping,
laundry, and activities for residents. Being close to the Hillsboro Public
Schools, residents can attend sports and arts events. Students also
participate in activities at the home. All four local churches hold
services at the facility. Meals are homemade, with choices of two entrees
and vegetables at both the noon and evening meals.

EMERGENCY SERVICES
The Emergency Room is open 24 hours a day. Local providers care for
those who seek emergency services. Through phone and tele-medicine
equipment, the local provider has access to specialists in Fargo. The
Hillsboro Medical Center Ambulance service is able to provide ground
transportation to Fargo or Grand Forks and in extreme emergencies, patients are
transported by helicopter to Fargo or Grand Forks.

AMBULANCE
Hillsboro Ambulance Service is operated by the Hillsboro Medical Center.
The ambulance responds to the emergencies throughout the area. They also
provide transfers to and from other hospitals and nursing homes.
